OvoPlayer A free, multiplatform music player

Introduction

I'm a software developer and I like to listen music when I work. Over the years I've tried a lot of different music players on Windows, all with pros and cons. So I've decided to write my own player, tailored to best suit my needs. The first version was written in Delphi using DirectShow API with an interface similar to Winamp. In 2008 I've decide to try Ubuntu on my home computer and I liked it very much. Now I use Windows at work and Linux at home.

Influenced by great Linux players as Exaile, Clementine, Banshee and so on, I started a complete rewrite of my player. In the meantime I've found Lazarus, a cross platform IDE for FreePascal, very similar to Delphi.
